Hoisin-Soy Glazed Grilled Skirt Steak

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup
Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
3 Tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes
2 Teaspoons Grated ginger
3 Cloves Garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
1 Pound Skirt steak, trimmed of excess fat
Hoisin Sauce

Directions:

  1. Marinate steak in mixed Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce, sesame oil, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, red pepper flakes, ginger and garlic for 1 hour.
  2. Charcoal or gas grill the steak for 3-4 minutes each side for medium rare or cook to desired doneness.
  3. Rest steak for 5-10 minutes before slice thinly to serve.

Makes 4 servings.
