Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce-Glazed Barbecued Pork Chop

Ingredients:

1/2-inch-thick boneless pork chops, about 1 pound
1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Ground black pepper
1/3 Cup Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons Thinly sliced green onion
Hoisin Sauce

Directions:

  1. Season pork chops with oil, salt and pepper. 
  2. Pan fry on grill pan for around 3 minutes and brush tops with mixed Lee Kum Kee Hoisin sauce with cayenne pepper.
  3. Turn and baste again and grill until cooked through, around 2 minutes.
  4. Rest for 5 minutes and garnish with green onion to serve.

Makes 4 servings.
