Mini Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 Cup Panko bread crumbs
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Ground black pepper
1/2 Cup Minced onion
1 Teaspoon Minced garlic
1 Egg, beaten lightly
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
1/2 Cup

Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce

3 Tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds
Hoisin Sauce

Directions:

  1. Marinate ground beef with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, egg, milk and Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce.  Divide into 35-40 pieces ¾ inch round meatballs.
  2. Pan-fry meatballs until browned all sides, around 6-8 minutes.
  3. Transfer to baking sheet and bake in pre-heated 350 degrees oven for 12-14 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Makes 6-8 servings.
