Chicken and Caramelized Pizza
with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
Ingredients:
| 2 Teaspoons

Vegetable oil |
| 1
|
Large onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick |
| A Pinch |
Salt |
| A Pinch |
Ground black pepper |
| 1 Whole |
Fresh prepared pizza dough |
| 1/4 Cup
|
Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, plus
additional
for drizzling |
| 3/4 Pound
|
Shredded Danish fontina cheese |
| 3 Cups
|
Shredded roast chicken |
| 1
|
Green onion, sliced thinly on the bias |

Directions:

Saute onion in oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook until well
caramelized, for about 15 minutes, adding ¼ cup water at a time if pan gets too
dry. Set aside.

Roll out pizza dough to 10*14 inch rectangle to greased/floured pizza peel,
spread Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, leaving a ½ inch border.

Sprinkle half of cheese over dough and top with onions and chicken.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake in preheated 450 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes until golden, drizzle with
extra hoisin sauce and garnish with green onion to serve at once.
Makes 4-6 servings.
